Of course! For most of our rugs we offer a 30-day trial period where you can try your rug on at home and return it for a refund on the full price of the rug.
Regularly vacuuming and spot cleaning should be sufficient to keep your rug looking new. For more in depth rug care info, head over to our rug care page here.

To cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible and let us know you wish to cancel.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
